The grapes harvested at the optimum maturity are destemmed and traditionnaly vinified. During the alcoholic fermentation, the shedding is favored in order to extract the ripe tannins. Post-fermentation maceration of about 20 days and degreasing according to tasting. The press wines are separated from the drainage wines and are assembled only after tasting

The color is a deep red with ruby reflections. On the nose are spicy notes, blackcurrants, tobacco leaves, eucalyptus. The tannins are silky and ripe, bringing a lot of volume to this wine. It offers a nice length.
