The grapes harvested at the optimum maturity are destemmed and pressed directly.
The fermentation takes place at low temperature in order to preserve as much as possible the fresh and fruity aromas.
Breeding takes place on fine lees to preserve the aromatic character of muscat

10 to 12° C

Food / wine pairing
An ideal wine as an aperitif with friends or with dessert or melon or fresh fruit salad. But it will also revive exotic dishes or poultry.

Very expressive and varietal nose on notes of roses, pear and white flowers.
The mouth shows a beautiful balance, aromatic and generous in aromas.
Complex and rich, Muscat offers a beautiful vivacity and length in mouth greedy. Yellow color with green reflections, beautiful shine.
Very varietal nose of blackcurrant bud, citrus fruit such as grapefruit.
The mouth shows a nice balance with a nice acidity and a very nice length.
